Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, reach us at info@motoversa.com or WhatsApp 0822-3107-7432. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/safety and licensing reasons, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Perishables and consumables
  • Intimate or personal-care items
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Downloadable software/digital products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at checkout)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original shipping) once the issue is verified.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 7 days.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit (your choice) after inspection.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@motoversa.com or WhatsApp 0822-3107-7432 with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
    • Reason and photos (if applicable)
  1. We’ll reply with return instructions and (if approved) a return authorization.
  2. Pack your item securely. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

    If the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item), we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is not covered.

6. Refund Processing

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after the return arrives for inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds typically post in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • We’ll email you a confirmation when your refund has been processed.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund per your preference.

8. Cancellations & Address Issues

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. If your order has shipped, please use the return process above.
  • Packages returned as undeliverable/refused: original shipping fees are non-refundable; reshipment costs may apply.

9. Warranty (if applicable)

  • Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the product page or included documentation for terms and claim steps.

10. Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
  • This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
